This is a good idea! … However, it seems from your description that perhaps you are mostly (only?) interested in women who have “problems” with the Church. … If you really want voices that are grappling with tough questions, then you should include in your examples something about being an “orthodox” Catholic, being feminist AND traditional, having more than three kids, being pro-life, etc. … We know you said “to name just a few,” but enlarging the range of examples will increase the feeling of real differences being truly welcome.
